It reproduces mandibular movements based on average records obtained from clinical diagnoses. The springs installed above the condyles allow the upper jaw to be displaced, later returning to its original position. They allow working with several models at the same time and facilitate their waxing. When the condylar screws are tight, the movement is limited to that of a conventional occlusal. The incisal guide has some notches painted in red that guide the parallelism, the central one being the one that leaves the upper jaw parallel with the occlusal plane.
